FAQ

• Our ceremony takes place very early in the morning and we will have a shuttle bus pick up our guests at each of the hotels in our hotel block to take them to a back entrance for the ceremony. If you are staying at one of these hotels it will be very easy for you to leave your room and step right into the bus stop.
• We highly suggest getting a room at one of the hotel block resorts we have chosen since Walt Disney World is a very big park and getting around can be difficult, the shuttle bus will be the most convenient transportation for the wedding for you, us, and our wedding coordinators.
• All our guests can stay in the same hotels, making it easier to socialize and attend wedding events together.
• Reserving a block of rooms ensures that our guests will have a place to stay, even if the hotel gets busy. Disney Resorts tend to get fully booked quickly, so the faster you book at one of these resorts the better.

1. ^ We really love this resort, they are the only resort that sells fresh mickey-shaped beignets, the decor is beautiful, and they have an awesome live jazz band that performs in the evening at the Scat Cat’s Club Lounge ↗︎.
2. ^ The room rate shown on the physical save the date has been updated, we were able to secure a new lower rate. We will be watching for lower rates and will try our best to get them for our guests.

4. ^ The rate(s) shown in the chart are for single/double occupancy rooms unless otherwise noted. An additional charge per person per night will be imposed for each additional person in each room 18 years old or older. Children under 18 years old may stay for free in their parents room using existing bedding (subject to maximum room capacity).

We understand if you prefer alternate accommodations! Please keep in mind that it is an early morning ceremony, and the only way to gain access to the ceremony location is by a shuttle bus that will be picking up guests at the listed hotels. Since the ceremony is inside of the Epcot park the shuttles will be dropping guests off at a back entrance that is only accessible by the Disney shuttles. If you are not on the shuttle, you will not be able to attend the ceremony. So please take transportation from alternate accommodations to the listed hotels into account when planning your stay. We want to make sure you can make it to the ceremony!

• We recommend booking at least two nights: Friday night, to accommodate the early morning ceremony on Saturday, and Saturday night, as we will have a late-night dessert party with fireworks.
• If you have any special requirements for a room (first floor, multiple adjacent rooms, accessible, etc.) please let us know and we can accomodate you.
• The Disney Dining Plan is not something we are able to offer through the wedding room block.
• All wedding guests regardless of where or how they book a reservation can take advantage of the discounted park hopper theme park tickets.
• If you book a Walt Disney World Vacation Club property, using your points or booking through the Disney website, please send your reservation number to us.
